Our crew removed the existing shingles and installed an ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and premium IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier. On this install, we removed existing metal panels, laid all new plywood, and installed 44 Sq of beautiful asphalt shingle.

Flashing was installed where needed to create a durable, watertight seal. When the Town of Leyden reached out about needing their office roof replaced, we were happy to provide assistance. We went out and assessed the current roof, took measurements and got to work to determine what would be needed for their install. We removed the existing low slope roofing, plywood and insulation boards. We then installed new 1'' Iso boards, 1/2'' plywood and a new ElastoFlex roofing system. 

With their current roofing system at the end of its life, this customer reached out for a full replacement. We removed a very old, and algae filled layer of wooden shakes. As with all shake removals, a brand new layer of decking was then installed and topped with IKO Dynasty Shingles securing this home for decades to come!
