Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Unable to reach their previous contractor, these homeowners reached out to us back in 2024 needing some repair work. After an assessment, we deemed their roof to be failing. They wanted to hold off a bit, but called us back once they were ready to proceed. We not only replaced the roof on this property, but they also had us replace a roof on their second property down the road! 

With their homes roof beginning to leak, it was time to call the pros at J Smegal Roofing. After a thorough assessment, the homeowner proceeded forward with not only their homes roof, but their garage roof as well. 

When the Town of Leyden reached out about needing their office roof replaced, we were happy to provide assistance. We went out and assessed the current roof, took measurements and got to work to determine what would be needed for their install. We removed the existing low slope roofing, plywood and insulation boards. We then installed new 1'' Iso boards, 1/2'' plywood and a new ElastoFlex roofing system. 

With their current roofing system at the end of its life, this customer reached out for a full replacement. We removed a very old, and algae filled layer of wooden shakes. As with all shake removals, a brand new layer of decking was then installed and topped with IKO Dynasty Shingles securing this home for decades to come! 

Our crew did a total roof replacement in South Egremont with IKO lifetime Dynasty shingles! The home owners were so excited to put a Klaus on their house!
