Once we replaced that, we continued on with our underlayments and high performance IKO shingles, ensuring their home would be protected for another 30+ years! 

Unable to reach their previous contractor, these homeowners reached out to us back in 2024 needing some repair work. After an assessment, we deemed their roof to be failing. They wanted to hold off a bit, but called us back once they were ready to proceed. We not only replaced the roof on this property, but they also had us replace a roof on their second property down the road!

These homeowners originally reached out in the spring looking for a roof inspection on there property. They proceeded with a spray foam installation on their roof and called us back to replace the gutters on the entire property.
