When the Town of Leyden reached out about needing their office roof replaced, we were happy to provide assistance. We went out and assessed the current roof, took measurements and got to work to determine what would be needed for their install. We removed the existing low slope roofing, plywood and insulation boards. We then installed new 1'' Iso boards, 1/2'' plywood and a new ElastoFlex roofing system. 

With their current roofing system at the end of its life, this customer reached out for a full replacement. We removed a very old, and algae filled layer of wooden shakes. As with all shake removals, a brand new layer of decking was then installed and topped with IKO Dynasty Shingles securing this home for decades to come! 

When this homeowner reached out, he wanted to replace a section of existing gutters on his home. He was so thrilled with his install, he called back to have the guys come back to replace all of his old gutters with new! We did a combination of our hooded, Gutter Shutter system on the home with some 5' Seamless Gutters with RainDrop Gutter Guards added. Now his entire home is protected and leaves will be a problem of the past! 

With their roof nearing 30 years old, these homeowners reached out ready to replace it. By being preventative in replacing the roof before it started leaking, they avoided needing to replace any decking. With fresh shingles and underlayments, a new ridge vent and a re-flashed chimney, this roof is good to go for decades to come!
