Everything was excellent, from start to finish. We are very satisfied, happy, and proud of our new roof. It looks great. I was impressed that Karli called after the job was done to check to see if we were satisfied.

Everybody I have spoken to at J Smegal -- Eric, Cody, Karli -- has been extremely prompt, friendly, and courteous.

Eric Sciola was so good. He responded to all of my questions and visited the house twice. On both occasions he explained the whole process and showed how the system works and why it is so good. He got right up on the roof to look around and take measurements, and he provided an estimate on the spot. I was impressed with Eric's knowledge and willingness to spend so much time making us comfortable with the product.

The whole team was very professional. They got to work very quickly and worked so quickly and so hard throughout the day. The clearly know what they're doing; we have a complicated roof. Rob, the foreman, talked to me and answered questions several times. He was totally in charge. Everything looks great.

The team was careful throughout the job to collect and discard all debris. It could have been a huge mess but they collected all the shingles and nails and old flashing in tarps and in their dumpster. The site looks totally clean.
