A Lenox native, Dona is proud to call the Berkshires home. After earning her master's degree, she returned to her hometown and spent 17 years in the Accounting Department at Guido's Fresh Marketplace, where she built a reputation for accuracy, organization, and exceptional attention to detail.

Today, as J Smegal's Accounting Manager, Dona plays a vital role in the company's day-to-day operations. Drawing on her extensive experience, she oversees the company's financial processes while supporting the team with the same dedication and precision that have defined her career. Her commitment to efficiency and accuracy helps ensure J Smegal continues to provide exceptional service to both customers and employees.

Outside of the office, Dona enjoys making the most of New England's outdoors. She loves spending time at the beach and frequently visits Maine and Cape Cod with her husband. When she's home, you'll often find her kayaking, paper crafting, or enjoying game nights with family and Coby.
